Delete your account

When we process your request, we permanently remove your personal data from our systems:

• Your account and login credentials (held by our auth provider, Clerk).
• Your profile — name, date of birth, gender, languages, interests, and avatar.
• Your location data.
• Your letters and correspondence history (held in our Supabase database).

We may retain a limited amount of information where we are legally required to do so, or to prevent fraud and abuse. This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

We process deletion requests within 30 days. Use the same email address that you use to sign in to Letterway so we can locate and verify your account.
