By accessing or using Letterway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Letterway. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at tryletterway@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Letterway is built for thoughtful, respectful correspondence. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other members.
• Send unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or fraudulent content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or age.
• Use the service to send spam or solicit money or personal financial information.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

You retain ownership of the letters and content you create. You grant Letterway a limited license to store, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and provide the service to you and your correspondents. You are responsible for the content you send.

You may stop using Letterway and delete your account at any time via our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk or harm to other members or the service.

Letterwayis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular pen-pal match or letter delivery will occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letterway will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Letterway.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Letterway after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
